Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty

In addition to the existing Buyer’s Stamp Duty, liable buyers must pay ABSD (BSD). ABSD and BSD are calculated based on the purchase price specified in the dutiable document or the property’s market value (whichever is the higher amount).
